General

What is Managementfleet?

A mobile device management platform for Android and iOS that companies use directly and that resellers offer under their own brand. It covers enrollment, policies, apps, inventory and compliance, plus optional secure packages.

Which operating systems are supported?

Android 10+ (Android Enterprise, including Samsung Knox) and iOS/iPadOS 16+. Laptops and desktops are not in scope — we focus on phones and tablets.

Do you sell hardware?

No. Managementfleet is software only. Use devices you already own or buy through your usual channel; our resellers often bundle the two.

How quickly can we start?

A tenant is live the same day. Connecting Apple Business Manager and Android Enterprise takes about an hour; the first devices usually enroll on day one.

Devices & enrollment

How do devices get enrolled?

Zero-touch via Apple Business Manager or Android zero-touch / Knox Mobile Enrollment for new devices; QR code or enrollment link for existing ones. Bulk import by serial number is supported.

Can employees use their own phones?

Yes. Android work profile and iOS user enrollment keep company apps and data separate from personal data, with limited management rights.

What happens when a device is lost or stolen?

Lock it, show a message, locate it and wipe it remotely from the portal. iOS Lost Mode and Android factory-reset protection stop the device being reused.

Can we migrate from another MDM?

Yes. Devices in Apple Business Manager or Android zero-touch are re-assigned to Managementfleet; our team plans the switch so devices stay compliant throughout.

Whitelabel & partners

Will my customers see the Managementfleet name?

No. The portal, enrollment screens, device apps, emails and documentation carry your branding and run on your domain.

Who provides support to end customers?

You do, as the brand they know. We provide second-line support to your team with priority SLAs on the Business and Enterprise plans.

How does billing work for resellers?

We invoice you monthly per active device and package at partner rates. You invoice your customers at whatever price you set.

Is there a minimum commitment to become a partner?

Yes. The Business (whitelabel) plan has a minimum order quantity of 100 devices per month; Enterprise starts at 300 devices per month. Companies managing their own fleet on Core start from 10 devices per month.

Packages

What is a package?

A managed app set that the MDM installs and configures silently. Packages come in three levels: MDM (device management only), Secure (adds Secure Comms, VPN, Encrypted Storage, Secure File Sharing, Password Vault, Secure Browser & DNS filter and Threat Protection) and Complete (Secure plus fully managed enrollment, monitoring and support).

Can I enable packages for some devices only?

Yes. Packages are assigned per tenant, device group or single device and can be changed any time; billing follows from the next day.

Can packages be branded too?

Yes — on the Business and Enterprise plans the package apps ship under your own app name and icon.

Security & data

Where is data hosted?

In the European Union. Enterprise customers can choose a dedicated environment or on-premise deployment.

Can you see our messages or files?

No. Secure Comms, Storage and File Sharing are end-to-end or zero-knowledge encrypted; keys stay on the devices and with your admins.

Is Managementfleet GDPR compliant?

Yes. A data processing agreement is part of every contract, and compliance reports are designed for ISO 27001, NIS2 and GDPR reviews.

Is there an API?

Business and Enterprise plans include a REST API for provisioning tenants, enrolling devices, assigning packages and pulling reports.
